By the way, HUGE shoutout for this page (and a bunch of the upcoming section) goes to Keii4ii, for giving me a whole bunch of sweet tips and tricks for rendering glowy energy interacting. The orange/blue combo looks rad but can be kinda tricky in digital work because when the two colours blend they tend to cancel each other out, which makes things look flat-- I was having a lot of difficulty with these sections, but her advice made it all come together.
