Some speculations.

A couple of news things today! 

Item 1: I finished chapter 17! It's up in my Patreon for Spoilerzone followers. It's a fairly long chapter, so on giving it some thought, I've set myself a goal: if I can get the entirety of Chapter 18 sketched by March (or at least 30 pages, if it turns out to be another monster), I'll start updating twice-weekly again. So far I'm at 11 pages sketched towards that goal, hopefully I'll get there!

Item 2: Some may have already seen this, but if anyone is curious about why I (and many other creators) exited Hiveworks over the past couple of years, the Hiveworks Guild put together a statement (hosted with the assistance of the Cartoonist Co-Op) about what went down. You can read the statement here.

I hesitated to withdraw my books from the Hivemill store even after I formally departed Hiveworks over the summer, in part because of all the uncertainties about shipping internationally, but since then I've found some services that have made the cost of mailing books to people in the US much more reasonable. So as of this week, folks might notice that the link at the top of the page now leads to my Bigcartel instead of Hivemill.

I'll be looking into ways of expanding my store this year; currently I'm still using the free version of Bigcartel, which limits how many products I can display, and means I can only have one preview image per product. As the free version doesn't allow for digital downloads, my ebooks are currently hosted on itch.io. I'll update once anything changes!
