Anyone who was watching my tumblr 7 (seven???!?!) years ago might recognize this scene from my concept art inktober project from back then! Some of the stuff I was playing around with in those inktober challenges ended up changing or getting cut, but I was pretty happy to realize I could pretty much keep this moment intact, hehe.

(For anyone curious to see more, the "inktober" tag on my tumblr has all of them-- I completed the challenge three years in a row doing Wychwood concepts prior to/while launching the comic! I also collected my favourites into a little zine which is available on my ko-fi, though I don't have many left)

OTHER NEWS: huge thanks to everyone who visited me at TCAF! I love meeting readers, it makes my day every time, which means my day got made a lot this weekend! I will get a few days of rest and then I'll be at Yeticon this weekend, at table H11, so anyone in the Blue Mountain vicinity can come say hi too :D
